He is the Judge who decreed
مَآلَ الكُلِّ فِيْ الذَّرِ
The fate of all in the tiniest matters

"لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إلَّا بِاللّٰهْ"
"There is no power nor strength except through Allah"

So glory be to the One who always
"يُزِيحُ بعفوِهِ البأسْ"
"Removes hardship with His pardon"
